Using the Patient Voice Programme to collect your patient's responses.
The Patient Voice Programme is a database platform where everything can be collected in one place. Here are the nuts and bolts of how to use it.

Register your Pod with Health Hawk on https://hawk.health/health-practitioners/. That takes you to the database platform hosted by Wecudos, where you sign up your Pod.

Register the other members of your Pod as members of staff

Decide what your invitation message to patients is going to be. Click on your initials in the top right corner > ‘My Settings’. Change the default message to something that works for you

Look in Plans for what Outcome to use. e.g MYMOP 3 monthly

Invite your patients: Patients > New Patients > Invite. You need your patient’s mobile and email to do this

Wait for your patient to accept and register. Before they do, their icon is grey. It turns blue when they’ve registered.

Assign your patients a plan: Patients > Patient name > Assign a Plan > MYMOP 3 monthly. Your patients will automatically be sent the MYMOP every 3 months
